Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
01 — Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Product must be unused.
- Product must be unwashed.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- Original packaging must be available.
- Product must be in its original condition.
02 — Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Parcel Opening Video Required
If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please provide a clear parcel-opening video.
The video should show the package from the beginning of opening until the product is fully visible.
03 — Wrong or Damaged Product
If the issue is caused by H&A THREADS, please contact us immediately. After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
04 — Return Shipping
For customer-requested returns or exchanges, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
