01 — Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.
02 — What are your delivery charges?
Our standard delivery charge is PKR 250.
03 — Is shipping free?
Yes. Orders of PKR 3,000 or above qualify for free standard delivery.
04 — How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 working days, excluding holidays.
05 — When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are normally dispatched within 2 days after receiving the order.
06 — Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
07 — What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact our support team immediately and provide an unboxing video showing the parcel being opened. If the issue is confirmed to be a company error, we will assist you with the resolution.
08 — Can I return a sale item?
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
09 — Can I return a used or washed product?
No. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
10 — Do you ship internationally?
Currently, H&A THREADS ships within Pakistan only.
